The sovereign nation of Ukraine has been invaded by the armed forces of the Russian Federation. This petition asks the Obama Administration to issue the Russian Prime Minister an ultimatum. "Remove your military forces from Ukraine by March 17, 2014 or a bill will be sent to the United States Congress requesting a declaration of war be made against the Russian Federation." The policy of appeasement failed in the 1930s because world leaders were afraid to act. We the People of the United States are not afraid to act. We will defend the sovereign rights of the nation of Ukraine.
