Require the ATF to use a State's drug control laws on Form 4473 to deem a person an addict or unlawful user.

With a third of State's in this country allowing medical marijuana as a viable option for treatment of many illnesses. Many of these individuals are small business owners, Doctor's, Lawyers, Farmers, Veterans, and many of them are 2nd Amendment supporters and proud gun owners.

The ATF recently decided medical marijuana users, following the laws of their respective State's, were not permitted to own Firearms under any circumstance. ( http://bit.ly/nSCvwf )

A simple change to the ATF's form, on Section 9 question E - form:

"Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any other depressant, stimulant, or narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?"

to...

"Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, any local or State controlled substances?"

No ATF in Medicine.
