Require attorneys, judges, guardian ad litems, etc. to attend Parenting & Ethics classes as C.E. every 4 years.

Created by M.D. on June 08, 2014

Judges and attorneys hold the fate of our families and children in their hands. Not only is a Judge given "broad discretion" but they are not required to have any education that qualifies them to truly consider the best interest of our children. Divorcing parents are required to attend Parenting Classes; why aren't Judges and attorneys, guardian ad litems, or any one directly affecting the best interest of a child in the Judicial System? They should be required to have the same basic understanding of the harm done to a child who is used as a tool against another parent.
The bias and prejudice is well-know that you give a mother all the control and make a father pay; 60% of fathers are run off and Judges have the responsibility to prevent that statistic, rather than being ignorant to it.
