Making baseless allegations and seeking to classify others as having a mental disorder without having any qualifications to do so is dangerous. Any individual seeking to submit a petition that does so must first be required to pass a mental health evaluation. Said mental health evaluation will be administered by the honorable Surgeon General Vivek Murthy. Potential Petitioners who fail said evaluation will be remanded to a Gulag in Northern Manitoba for "further treatment."
