As Americans we all believe that republicans and their stupid believes of putting profits above human rights ask Obama to require background checks on all and any gun or ammunition sales. Any criminal record with relevance to violence, illegal use of weapons or anything that shows potential mental instability means no guns or ammo may be purchased. This is the only step needed that will significantly reduce crime, one of Americas major problems to a nonexistent level.
