They steal guns, which are re-usable, only limited by the ammo. they have on hand. ANY PERSON, convicted felon, or mentally unstable person, can purchase ammo. In most states with no more than an ID. and that's not required in all states. I don't believe there is any LAW ABIDING person or organization(NRA) can disagree with regulations to have background checks on weapons AND ammunition. Without the need to INFRINGE on any of our Constitutional Rights.
