Require background checks for anyone purchasing knives. Ban the sale of high capacity cutlery sets of five or more

Knives are responsible for the death and injury of many Americans nationwide. Knives are falling into the hands of the wrong people and resulting in the tragic loss of life. This epidemic of knife violence is robbing children of their lives. The sale of high capacity cutlery sets should be limited to five piece sets, there is no need for that many knives. Also the collapsible assault folding knife is not for civilian use and should remain in the military. Doing these things we can stop the knife violence and spare families from losing loved ones in mass knifings.
