The public should have the right to see and take a vote on proposed bills and executive orders made by the president and senators of the United States prior to being voted on by or after the senators of each state and be designated an independent watchdog committee to make sure there is no corruption after scouting for prospecting committee members to have an office in the white house not to be chosen by the president or his staff but by educated military veterans and constitutionalists that respect the united states constitution within the period of 14 days of counting votes and signing them into law by the heads of the senate and house as well as the president and 3/4 majority ruling in favor of petition/laws with signatures by the independent committee as well.
