The body of Terrorist Tamerlan Tsarnaev who set off the bomb in Boston should not be allowed to be transported out of the United States back to Russia. He should not be made any kind of hero to the Chechnyan Muslim Rebels. The possibility of him becoming a hero to the rebels will only allow further terrorist to try and copy him.
