Require both the Congress and the Senate to collaborate and make a plan that balances the budget and creates a surplus.

Congress and the Senate must work together to reduce the deficit and pay off our debt, or we will be forced to mint trillion dollar coins, which would only cause a temporary solution, as opposed to a permanent one which helps the entire country.
