Require both Houses of the Senate and Congress and the Office of the President mandatory monthly drug testing.

If we are to have a properly functioning government our politicians need to be clear headed, We can't have a bunch of Rob Fords in office screwing up our democracy. If we want to be a strong nation we need sober officials.
