Require businesses disclose their name in employment advertisements.

Many Americans are unemployed and attempting to find a legitimate employment add is becoming increasingly difficult. This petition requests the White House to consider passing a law which would require companies to disclose their identity within an employment advertisement. This would allow the job seeker a greater chance to research and verify that the add is not a scam. While many employers do not wish to disclose that they are seeking a new employee, there are many more individuals who are being lured into sending their resume with their personal information to criminals.
