Require cable companies to unbundle channels so that that we don't pay for what we don't watch.

We don't think it's right for citizens to have to pay for bundled cable channels that they don't watch. We want providers to un-bundle television cable and satellite channels and allow consumers to pick and pay the specific channels that they want. This is now law in Canada, and it should work the same way in the US.
