Any food or beverage that has caffeine should be properly labeled on the package. Caffeine is a stimulate, which is not recommended for children or pregnant women. As well as caffeine has adverse effect on people with serious health conditions such as heart conditions and endometriosis.

While there is conflicting research on caffeine, we do know that it is something to be consumed with caution. Risks far outweigh any benefits.

A simple "contains caffeine" could help millions of people.
