The CBO has stopped including an Alternative Fiscal Scenario (AFS) in its budget projections, despite the sequester in 2013 that might get delayed or otherwise canceled. Please save journalists and other would-be wonks the trouble of constructing the AFS on their own, and include this, perhaps more likely, outcome in the CBO's outlook.
