Require the Center for Disease Control to remove their link to the misguided IDSA treatment guidelines for Lyme disease.

Created by S.W. on June 18, 2013

The IDSA guidelines for the treatment of Lyme Disease are just plain misleading, and in some cases, completely wrong. IDSA does not admit that chronic Lyme disease exists and states a 3 month dose of simple antibiotics is sufficient. They do not conceded that a time lapse of months or years can have permanent consequences for infected patients. The link to these erroneous guidelines needs to be removed from the CDC website, as the insurance industry refers to them for denial of Lyme disease coverage.
