Require certain members of CONGRESS to drop the "Taxpayer Protection Pledge" for the top 1% started by Grover Norquist.

This petition is to stop certain members of Congress from continuing the "Taxpayer Protection Pledge" on the 1% created by Grover Norquist. This would break the stranglehold placed by certain members of Congress and allow the Government to raise the taxes of wealthy people who make over $250,000.00 a year and would subsequently help the economy and the deficit.
