Gun control legislation as proposed by the President and other concerned citizens is good, but not enough. Everyone who wants to buy a gun should undergo training from a certified professional. This training can be pursued as part of 30-day waiting period under the universal background check. We require licensure for everything else in this country... it is way past time to require it to brandish firearms.
