Require citizens with drivers license to renew their license by retaking a road test every 5-10 years.

As people get older, they don't have the same driving ability as they did when they first got their drivers license. For example most elderly people lose their eye sight and sense of awareness with age. I feel every 5 years or maybe every 10, you should have to renew your license by retaking the road test to make sure you are fully capable of handling a vehicle. So many accidents happen because of people not being able to handle the responsibility of driving a vehicle. Having to retake a road test would make sure you still are capable of driving a vehicle and it would certainly lower the number of accidents we see in a year.
