Each year we lose a high percentage of information learned in any specific subject. Losing information about driving safety can be deadly. To make sure that people are remembering the information, it should be required to retake the driver's test every 5 years. Not only will this require people to remember what they learned, it will require people to keep up to date with new things that are being added to driver's Ed each year.
