Require citizens to retake the driving exam once they become 60 years old & deny/allow access to drive based on health

Created by D.D. on January 16, 2013

Having citizens retake their driving exam once they turn the age of 60 would help keep dangerous drivers off the road. Senior citizens that develop a health issue that could impair them from driving should also be required to retake the exam to determine if they are fit to drive.
