Require citizenship checks to receive Federal funding for tax and public funded assistance programs.

Legislation to require all government agencies to perform citizenship checks on all interested parties listed on applications when applying for government assistance to include housing, food, education, earned income credit (tax exemptions or benefits, legal assistance, disability, grants, and medicare. This is a non inclusive list with all applicable programs to be added. There will be a citizenship check and requiring at least one parent to be a US citizen before issuing a newborn citizenship to include a social security number. If neither parents have US citizenship the newborn child will be require to apply for declared citizenship of the country of origin. They will not be qualified for any government assistance without US citizenship.
