Many our colleges nationwide do not accept college credits from students that are transferring to continue their education. This has caused many students to retake upon more additional loans or aid to pay for classes that they shouldn't have to retake or be placed into.
This will also help displaced students from the recent wide spread college closures (Example: ITT Tech) that happen last year in 2016. Many of these student found out that their credits will not transfer or are limited to be accepted. This caused them to completely restart or suffer through the constant distress to find a college.
Forcing our colleges to accept all credits will reduce the student debt and allow the rights to a fair and better education. Therefore a new law needs to be placed and passed to fix the problem.
