There should be a state or federal mandated training and safety course for those who receive a concealed carry permit.
This course should contain the proper way to carry concealed in public places,
A firearms safety course,
Where you are not allowed to carry concealed,
What the proper way is to defend yourself to the letter of the law without using excessive force,
The proper way to intervene in criminal activity without becoming the criminal,
Carrying concealed on public transportation,
Carrying concealed in your own personal vehicle, as well as a company vehicle,
And how to be a responsibly, armed citizen
When I got my concealed carry permit all it took was $20 and 5 minutes. They gave me the card and said have a good day. It should not be this way!!!!!!!
