Require a "Conflict Resolution" class in all schools (K-12) as a mental health remedy towards gun violence in schools.

Created by D.C. on January 22, 2013

Please America, make "Conflict Resolution" a reality!!!

Gun violence has become an epidemic, especially in metropolitan areas. The violence has become so engraved in the fabric of this nation that it has even spilled into schools. The problem of gun violence is not beyond us. It lies in Conflict Resolution.

If the Dept. of Education requires school children (k-12) to learn about tackling their problems from the onset, through rational and safe means, before it becomes a molehill, perhaps, we can instill in them the spirit of humanity that may be lacking. We can convince a student that shooting a fellow student is not the way to resolve a conflict, but by exercising restraint and seeking peaceful ways such as reporting to a Guidance Counselor or school authority as each issue may require.
