Require congress to adopt the same reductions in their benefits to equal those of the private citizen.

The US Congress shall receive no benefits not afforded to the common citizen of the USA including medical, retirement, salary increases, travel, meals, etc. Congressional benefits shallnot exceed the benefits afforded to the average citizen
