US Citizens currently prohibited from possessing a firearm should be allowed to make application for there firearm rights to be restored as stated within the federals laws, however ATF refuses to accept and process these applications saying that Congress refuses to authorize funding. Congress also has made it so that US Judges do not have the power to restore firearm rights unless a previous application for retoration of firearm rights has wrongfully been denied, Congress and ATF take the stance that if a application is not accepted and processed then no application has been denied.
