The administration recently granted government employees subsidies that match their current entitlement; thus in essence shielding them from possible excessive costs which non-government employees may be subject to. Taxpayers will fund this entitlement while absorbing their own likely increasing costs.
President Obama, moonlighting as an HR manager, resolved the issue by creating a double standard. Congress will receive extra payments through the Office of Personnel Management to the tune of about $4,900 for individuals and $10,000 for families.creating a two tiered exchange system thus rewriting the law unilaterally outside of the act itself and congress.
Apparently the act as written is a mere suggestion for this lawless administration.
