it is appalling that the Senate and Congress continue to add "Pork" to bills. The relief for hurricaine sandy victims contained money for many other issues. I was also appalled to find out that the reason that we don't have an effective department is because congress has put rediculous restraints on the department by hiding them in unrelated bills. It is time to make each bill stand on its own.
