Require congress to create a bill that would set term limits of 8 years for United States Congress.

This Petition would require congress to pass a bill that would set term limits for the United States Congress of no more than 8 year. It would also state that no Congress person would be able to run for Congress again after their 8 year term was completed. This bill would be put on the ballet in each state for the people to vote on it. This would not be a bill that Congress could decided on. The people of the United States of America would have the file say in the form of a vote.
