Mr President, you have campaigned TWICE on transparency in government. We would like to see seriousness with this issue. We currently have CSPAN and CSPAN II with congressional coverage, but every time we tune in, it is some benign legislation being discussed. (Or not, as the case may be) Meanwhile, all of the important things being discussed are done behind closed doors with no coverage. END this behind closed doors nonsense. If WE know what is being discussed, and by whom, and what is actually said, we will not be reliant on FOX news and MSNBC to parse things for us. It will also hold them accountable so that they cannot lie to us about who said what.
Lets get serious about this transparency thing.
