Ask Congress to pass legislation protecting the sharing of personal subscriber information. Companies should be required to proactively and in plain language request, as an opt in process, the ability to share any information. This shall NOT be part of any TOS, but rather a separate request. No company can deny any service due to refusal of a subscriber to opt in.
