Require Congress to provide written explanations available to the public regarding decisions similar to Supreme Court.

Created by M.C. on April 07, 2013

Each justice in the Supreme Court has to provide a written explanation regarding their ruling. Members of the Senate and House of Representatives should be required to provide the same type of explanation to help shed light on their reasoning and motives behind their vote. It will show whether ot not they actually have evidence supporting claims or if votes are cast because of lobbying and/or religious influence (two things that are responsible for unfair laws and restrictions). It can also help show holes in logic and give the American people a better understanding of who they are really voiting for.
