Require Congress to verify all Presidential candidates are qualified under law to assume the position of the office.

Under current law there is no verification process for qualifications for office of the Presidency only stated requirements. The Petition is to guarantee that the voters in America are voting for a candidate that is actually qualified under stated requirements. It is not enough that a candidate files for running under federeal election commission rules. The Congress should verify openly to the American people that the candidates have been screened properly and provide that information publicly.
