We propose that all members of the House of Representatives, regardless of party or committee assignment, be required to watch all episodes of Neil deGrasse Tyson's "Cosmos" within eight (8) weeks of taking office. Upon completing this viewing, all representatives shall be given a standardized test, which they must pass with a minimum of 70% correct. Those who do not pass the test on the first attempt may re-watch the series and re-take the test up to two (2) more times before being disqualified for office.
