require congress to work more and pay based on days spent in congress

This next year congress will work the fewest days out of any congress in histoy. over the last few years congress has come down to the seconds to deadlines on issues that effect every american.if congress worked more days in 2012 these issues could have been handled months ago they are expected to work only 126 days in 2013. we dont think congress should be able to make there own schedule and give them self pay raises. we the people demand that 75% of the time congress should be in session thats what we voted you in office for and thats your job.
