Require Congressional members to acknowledge semi-automatic weapons are not the leading cause of death by gun violence.

Require any Congressional member seeking legislation to ban semi-automatic firearms with large or small capacity clips to acknowledge the fact that this category of weapon is not even close to leading cause of deaths by the use of firearms. Assault weapons are even a smaller fraction of the weapons used in gun violence.
