Require congressmen to pay their college interns.

Congressmen across the US often have internship positions for college students; however, the vast majority of these are unpaid. Because many of these internships are unpaid, they are effectively unavailable for lower or middle income students. Requiring senators and house of representative members to pay their interns (possibly providing money for this if necessary) would enable all students the opportunity to become more involved with government, and would cost virtually nothing.
