Require a constitutional convention of the states to consider the following changes:

1. Change the presidential term of office to one 6 year term.
2. Change the combined term limit for Senate and House of Representatives to a total of 18 years maximum in total..
3. Require all federal elections to list "none of the above" as a selection on ballots and if this category receives 25% of the cast votes, to require a new election for those offices whereby those who were on the original ballot could not re-run for that election.
4. Require that no name on a ballot can be identified with any party affiliation.
