Prevention and Containment is very important in order to prevent Ebola from arriving in the United States of America. Cancel all direct flights from Africa during active outbreaks of Ebola. Require a 30 day quarantine of people arriving from countries with active outbreaks of Ebola. Screen and track all people on a plane with someone from a country with an active outbreak of Ebola. Fund and create a medical center (size and style of military base) in Africa to treat and research outbreaks of Ebola. This would allow any Ebola infected person to be treated in Africa. Do not allow any medical transports of patients with active or suspected active Ebola patients to arrive in America (Patients with active or suspected active Ebola are not intended to be reunited with their families).
