Require the continued research by the government into the coloration between vaccines given to Gulf War veterans before their deployment overseas and debilitating and life threatening diseases such as lymphoma and allow veterans found to have these diseases to be considered as disabled veterans with all rights to veterans disability pay. Also require findings of the research to be publicly available in written and internet form and for all veterans of that era to be notified of the findings in writing at their current residential address on file.
