require corporations to be good corporate citizens and to condition their continued existence on such.

Corporations incorporated under the laws of any of the United States shall submit information to the President every five years which shall detail the public works, community activities undertaken for the public good of the people of the United States; the criminal convictions of the corporation, its officers and directors; and the penalties assessed by any state or federal agency or department against such person, or any of its officers or directors. The President shall develop standards by which to review such information and to determine whether any such corporation shall be allowed to continue its corporate existence. The President shall have the power to place such corporation on probation, or to order it to dissolve and distribute its assets to its creditors and shareholders.
