Large corporations based in the United States should be, by law, strictly required to pay all taxes on offshore as well as onshore profits. It is unfair for large corporations to dodge full tax payments on offshore and onshore profits and force the taxes to be paid by average American citizens. By forcing corporations to pay their equal taxes, average citizens will be less burdened in the payment of taxes. The economy cannot function properly if large corporations are not making their full contribution to paying full taxes.
