require counties/states to prove a SIGNIFICANT history of voter fraud before creating new laws to "prevent" voter fraud

With the repeal of section 5 of the 1965 VRA many states (example TX & NC) have already implemented extremely partisan voter restrictions under the guise of "preventing voter fraud", an entirely fabricated issue.

Voter fraud is not a threat to our democracy, but the draconian, often racist & ageist laws created to prevent it are.
