require court approval for all surveillance efforts of US citizens to include property and communications.

Created by B.J. on November 15, 2012

Supporters of this petition entreat the Obama administration to require court approval of surveillance of US citizens to include their written and oral electronic and media communications, and searches of their property; including use of surveillance tools allowing observations from public property not in common use by the population at large.

Violations of the regulations will deem all evidence collected via illegal methods inadmissible in court and the agents collecting the evidence to be subject to progressive penalties for recurrent infractions to include fines, incarceration, and prohibition from employment in positions of public trust. Requirements include informing the offended citizen of all surveillance none to have been performed illegally and disclosure of data collected.
