Credit reporting agencies should be required to release credit reports to the people named in the credit report.
It is my report, I should be able to see it whenever I like for whatever reason I like.
This regulation should include a requirement that the reports be the same report that is provided to businesses.
People shouldn't be penalized for looking at their credit report, staying on top of your credit should be encouraged.
