We, the people, ask that NBC anchor David Gregory be held accountable for violating the law in Washington, D.C. that calls for the ban of high capacity magazines (magazines that can hold and feed more than 10 rounds).
He was found, on national television, to be in direct violation of this law and the Washington MPD have recently concluded an investigation freeing him of the charges, wrongfully.
We call for him to be treated in precisely the same manner that any other person found in possession of the same type of magazine would have and have been treated.
One specific case to call upon would be the trial of Mr. James Brinkley in which he was found guilty of possession of high capacity magazines. There were 105 other similar cases in 2012 and we ask that he be treated as they were.
