Require Davis/Bacon wages be paid to Third Country Nationals employed by our contractors at all Bases in the Middle East

As we continue these wars for another year in the Middle East we continue to use Third Country Nationals to perform most of the major work at our bases in the Middle East. In the Middle East Davis/Bacon wages are not required and workers have to endure 10 hour day plus 2 hours in security my only make $2 an hour and most of them do not get paid to sit in security so about $20 for 12 hours for work. These are slave wages and we are the most power nation in the world and we need to set the example and not continue these practices. It would just require the contracting officer a few extra hours a week to verify pay stubs and we would end slave labor for US contractors in the Middle East.
