Self explanatory. Politicians and judges should AT LEAST know what the Constitution says, before making decisions that impact the integrity of it. Require them to possess one, and be tested on its content before being allowed to serve. Those already serving are not exempt. Give them a copy of the Constitution, and test them too...from president Obama to my local dog catcher, to EVERY single judge in America.
