This petition is to require Director Comey to answers key questions regarding his handling of the discovery of e-mails from or to Hillary Clinton found on Anthony Weiner's laptop computer.
1. Was your decision on October 28, 2016 to release your initial letter based in whole or in part on the expectation that the existence of e-mails from or to Hillary Clinton was already known to the Trump campaign? What was the basis of that expectation?
2. Were any new e-mails to or from Hillary Clinton found on Mr. Weiner's computer, or were all of the e-mails found previously in the possession of the FBI?
3. Can you give us a categorical guarantee that the e-mails reported to you on October 27th were in fact on Mr. Weiner's computer when it came into the possession of the FBI.
